Role Overview

As the AP/AR Specialist you will process transactions in an accurate and timely manner in accordance/compliance with policies and procedures.

Scope of Work

• Process cash applications
• Credit card processing
• Review Aging Reports and Collections
• Credit checks for customers and vendors
• Prepare sales tax information
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Included verify TIN’s for customers and vendors at IRS site
• Running OFAC report for customers and vendors
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Process 2-way P.O. matching invoices
• Audit and process all transactions in Concur

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Associate degree in accounting preferred, but not required for this position
• 2 years of AP/ AR experience
• Attention to detail
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP) is a plus
• Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to work in our Minnetonka, MN office 2 days per week
