LOCATION: Our office is located in Minnetonka, MN. Candidates must reside in the Twin Cities area and will be required to be in-office three times per week: Monday & Thursdays are required and another day of choice. You may work remotely, if you wish, two days per week.

Overview
The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for timely preparation of client invoices and related billing files, cash application and cash collections (works with other departments as needed). The Senior Staff Accountant is also responsible for recording the related cost entries from the billing files, creation of ad-hoc invoices for Agency and SellCheck teams and other reporting/analysis duties as needed.
What You Love to Do
Prepare billing for RAZR Financial clients based on client billing cycle (weekly, monthly, etc.)
Record related cost entries from billing files
Daily cash applications
Cash Collection/follow-up on past due invoices
Creation of Ad-hoc invoices for clients as needed
Monthly reporting to suppler partners
Perform other month-end duties such as journal entries and reporting
Serve as back-up for A/P function - entering payments, printing checks, etc.
Monitor time tracking and posting and follow-up on missing timesheets
Other accounting or reporting duties as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities and tasks
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including US GAAP and revenue recognition
In office work a minimum of three days per week
