GO Riteway Transportation Group is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Near Milton, WI

As part of a team that manages the entire recruitment lifecycle process, you will be primarily responsible for sourcing and recruiting for driver positions such as; non licensed and fully licensed class B CDL School Bus Drivers, Bus Driver Trainees, Non CDL Drivers and other open positions. Our organization is growing, and along with that growth you will also be responsible for various operations positions as well: from Mangers to Dispatchers.
You will have the opportunity to partner with hiring managers to execute successful terminal and location level recruiting, helping to identify ways for inclusive and diverse talent recruitment.

Candidate Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills required to communicate with a diverse work group
  • Knowledge of ethical and professional recruiting requirements, standards, and laws. Knowledge of Department of Transportation requirements a plus!
  • Previous experience with creative sourcing strategies including use of digital and social media, and pipeline development.
  • 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting in a high volume recruiting environment highly preferred, transportation would be ideal.
  • Associates Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent practical work experience, required
