Immediate need to join this stable organization as an Accounting Clerk. This organization offers excellent training and the opportunity for professional development.
Daily responsibilities include reviewing all invoices for documentation and approvals prior to processing, printing and obtaining signatures on all A / P checks, preparing garnishments checks for the payroll department, answering all vendor questions and maintaining all A / P reporting.
Additionally this position will perform Accounts Receivable duties including monitoring past due accounts, researching and resolving discrepancies, reconciliation of A / R statements, and ensuring proper application of payment or credit to invoices.
