Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support to our end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems
- Windows, Support, Troubleshooting, EUC(End user computing)
- Ability to communicate effectively with end-users to provide technical support
