Description :

This candidate will be joining service desk and desktop support team. This position is ONSITE 5 days a week. As a team member, the candidate will be assigned to assisting in refreshing / imaging backlogged devices.

This position will also be assisting with various security updates issued by team. Candidate must be willing to jump into different tasks and be energetic and a go getter.

The candidate will be responsible for managing their inventory, delivering / setup new devices to onsite users, packing and shipping devices to remote / offsite users.

Phoenix uses SCCM to image their devices and software. The process is 90% scripted step by step and there is a checklist to follow.

This candidate must be personable with great communication skills with team members and end users. This role is for 6 months, approved to the end of the year.
