Requirements

 Basic Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years experience in residential production, home building management
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient with MS Office Products 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil/Structural Engineering (preferred) 
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to multi-task and work independently as part of a larger team
  • Previous experience in construction project management or construction home building 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Proficient time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
