The Biden for President campaign is looking to hire a Partnership Program Assistant to support the largest and most active grassroots mobilization program in Democratic politics.

The assistant will support the daily operations of our partnership program to reach more grassroots supporters. You will report to the Partner Program Manager and work closely with the Mobilization team and external partners to execute the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in implementing a partnership program to drive grassroots revenue to Team Biden-Harris.
• Assist with copywriting, quality assurance, and more in support of external partners' fundraising for the campaign.
• Manage the approvals processes for emails and texts supporting the partner program.
• Use project management tools to keep the program organized on a day-to-day basis.
• Assist the manager in ensuring that content and messaging are aligned with our brand and campaign goals.
• Report on performance metrics associated with the success of the program.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working with partners and leaders in across political offices and organizations
• You have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; you should have an eagle-eye for typos and errors.
• You are curious, ask questions, and bring ideas to the table.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are willing to relocate to the Wilmington, Delaware area.
