Associate Product Manager

In-office, Middletown, Delaware

As part of our ongoing efforts to optimize our internal processes and streamline operations, we are implementing a new Operations Management System (OMS). We are seeking a talented and innovative individual to lead the implementation, business analysis, optimization, and ongoing management of this system.

As Associate Product Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation and utilization of our new OMS. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the system, including ongoing development and sprints, business requirements for enhancements, integration, training, and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, system implementation, and business analysis, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for technology and workflow optimization, and you are excited about the opportunity to lead the implementation of our new Operations Management System, we'd love to hear from you! Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of the new Operations Management System, including development, business requirements, and integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop workflows, and establish best practices for system usage.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the system.
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all system-related inquiries and issues and liaise with vendors as needed for support and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for the system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to operations management systems and recommend innovations and improvements as appropriate.
  • Suggesting product enhancements to improve user experience
  • Performing quality assurance controls on products
  • Coordinating with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions

Experience

  • Degree in a related field
  • Experience in project management, system implementation, or operations management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading system implementations and driving process improvements.
