Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an immediate opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal for our client's Miami office.
- Qualified candidates must possess at least 5 years litigation experience, including actual experience in trial preparation and support, and must be able to travel within Florida for trial attendance as needed.
- The paralegal will work directly with attorneys to assist in the litigation process.
- Duties include, but are not limited to reviewing, organizing and summarizing documents, preparing witness files, assisting with expert witnesses, and assisting attorneys in preparation for trial.
- Must be familiar with rules and procedures of Florida federal and state courts; including the requirements for the filing of documents using CM/ECF systems.
