Want someone with a bit of experience; Maria supports senior leadership so lots of their calendaring is done by Maria. would work with Maria with things she would need assistance catering, travel, setting up registration for conferences;
managing calendars will not be a whole lot as most of the meeting invites come from Sr. Marketing who Maria supports so Maria would be do.
Does require a lot of attention to detail.
Expense reporting
Travel
Catering
Some assistance with calendaring, but would be minimal, but important they can navigate Outlook
Would prefer someone with some experience Maria would train them on all the various procedures / Outlook, ABV expense reporting
They want someone with some Outlook experience, what I found is that we had someone from within ABV, didn’t have any Outlook experience and was not detail oriented.
I’m a little nervous if they do not have previous experience with Outlook / travel / registrations, etc.
As an example, we get direction from our area marketing managers, who is who manages our conferences, and they send us specific instructions on what / how to register them.
Being able to follow written instructions from them to a tee have attention to detail with a bit of experience. Really depends on the person.
May need to be familiar with Teams no longer have a desk phone, all phones are now done through Teams, calls, etc. Admins are assigned a Teams Number rather than a desk phone, knowing Teams may be helpful.
Maria’s been with the company for years, more than willing to train and partner with this person, we would work as a team, I would mentor them as much as possible to success.
We support two VP and brands for the company. Being able to partner and work collaboratively with me is a must. This person must want to be part of a team and be a team player.
As we are a Commercial US Marketing team, if everyone is gone for sales events, sometimes up to four days, no need to come in during this time, can be remote.
