Key Responsibilities
- Manage the design, fabrication, construction, and installation of structural steel projects.
- Plan, direct, and monitor all activities related to the project.
- Develop and review project schedules and budgets.
- Develop cost estimates and prepare bid documents.
- Analyze and resolve technical and operational problems.
- Review shop drawing and coordinate with other trades and departments.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in structural steel and construction management.
- Thorough understanding of steel/concrete design and metal framing.
- Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
