Job Summary:
- 100% ONSITE - 2nd shift - 60 hr work weeks
- Experience managing projects through all phases of construction
- 15 years of Construction Management related.
- Strong MEP construction experience (multi-million dollar capex projects) in the food and/or industrial manufacturing industry.
- PMP, PMI, GAC, CCM, CMCI, CMAA or similar
- Certified:
- OSHA 30
- CPR
- Fall protection EXPERIENCE (Years/Type):
- Use Technology: BIM 360, BIM Field, File Sharing Systems (SharePoint, OneDrive, Cx Alloy, Pet Pro, SAP, Acrobat
- 3 years MS Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Project, Access, One Note)
