Structural Steel Project Manager Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction and completion of structural steel projects.

This individual will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a thorough knowledge of structural steel, construction, steel / concrete design, project management and metal framing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the design, fabrication, construction, and installation of structural steel projects.
• Plan, direct, and monitor all activities related to the project.
• Develop and review project schedules and budgets.
• Develop cost estimates and prepare bid documents.
• Analyze and resolve technical and operational problems.
• Review shop drawing and coordinate with other trades and departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in structural steel and construction management.
• Thorough understanding of steel / concrete design and metal framing.
• Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
