We are looking to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Rep in the city of Menomonee Falls, WI. This is a contract to hire opportunity to join our Customer Service department!

Schedule : Monday- Friday (6 : 30am-4pm) or (7 : 30am-4 : 30pm)

Pay : $18 / hour

Position Overview :

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively support customer inquiries and orders.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is considered a significant advantage for this position.

Job Responsibilities :

• Under direct supervision, process all incoming orders from sales force and customers.
• Manually enter orders into system; review and correct orders as necessary.
• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to address inquiries, orders, and concerns.
• Provide accurate and timely information about products, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Notify customers / sales reps of product outs, invoicing of credit memos.
• Process "Will-Call" customer orders.
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing; research as requested by sales reps and customers; processing certificates of analysis;

other duties as requested to meet company objectives and goals.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Candidate must be able to prioritize and multi-task.
• Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred :

• Cash handling experience, previous customer service work, data entry and 10-key experience, sales minded.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office : Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel.
