WHAT YOU'LL DO: Dispatch the Placing Equipment Operators to assigned jobs and provide effective customer service and support for the Placing Department by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs, as well as fellow team members within the Placing, Customer Service, and Dispatch Departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:. Schedule & assign operators to pours throughout the day Dispatch operators to assigned jobs Assist operators with problems as they arise. Communicate with customers by phone and enter data into computer system. Solicit future orders from customers and enter into computer system. Negotiate with customers an acceptable delivery time based on equipment and availability. Document customer complaints and forward to Placing Services Manager and/or Sales Representative. Education and/or Experience: Proficient computer and data entry skills for entering orders, knowledge of Command Data System preferred. Knowledge of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro and surrounding areas. Communicate in a positive and helpful manner with a variety of customers and operators. Ability to read and understand maps. Must pass a pre-employment drug test. High school diploma or general education degree (GED), three to five years related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
