**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, sales, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top executive talent within our organization and other companies.
**Responsibilities:**
- Utilize various recruitment strategies to identify and attract top executive-level candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in executive recruitment
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in iCIMS or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong background in recruiting and sales
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft or other HRIS systems
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Experience working with contract roles
- Ability to manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Proven track record in lead generation and candidate sourcing
- Excellent interviewing skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and networking techniques
