Job Details
Responsibilities of the Banking Business System Analyst include:
- Approve changes and enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and handle escalations
- Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents impacting digital banking services
- System Monitoring: Continuously monitor digital banking platforms
- Documentation and Reporting
- Analyze and resolve issues related to digital banking, mobile applications, consumer banking, and member services
- Monitor social feedback channels to maintain an ideal member experience and clean social media presence
- Experience in digital banking, mobile applications, consumer banking, or member services
- Technical understanding of QA Automation and UAT is beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills to articulate and resolve issues effectively
- Prior experience in workflow management and production support
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues post-UAT and post-production
- Dedication to ensuring an ideal member experience
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
- Full benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Cigna Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401k
