Piper Health and Sciences is actively seeking a Training Specialist and LMS Administrator to join a large global medical device company.

This position is work from home / remote and candidate must sit in the east or central time zone.

Responsibilities for Training Specialist LMS Administrator :

• Oversee implementation, migration and maintenance of Training and Quality Management Systems
• Partner with SMEs to draft SOPs, job aids, protocols, processes, work instructions, validation reports and any other associated documentation
• Work with a cross-functional team to ensure maintenance and management of the QMS (Quality Management System) and LMS (Learning Management System)

Technical Requirements for Training Specialist LMS Administrator :

• Minimum 2 years of training, engineering, quality assurance or technical writing experience within the medical device, biotechnology or pharmaceutical field
• Experience with implementation of quality management systems (QMS) and / or learning management systems (LMS)
• Experience with technical writing of work instructions, protocols, job aids and training content development
• Experience with ComplianceWire preferred
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
• Experience with GxP, GMP and GLP regulations required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, chemical engineering or other related field

Compensation & Benefits for Training Specialist LMS Administrator :

• Compensation : $60,000 90,000 based on previous salary history and experience
