We are looking for an assistant to provide administrative support to our team .

Job description
We are looking for an assistant to provide administrative support to our team . You will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, answering and replying calls, scheduling patient appointments, insurance eligibility verification, check in/ check out patients, collect patient responsibility, social media marketing and other duties assigned. For this role, you must be professional, patient, and enjoy working with the public. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to emails and phone calls
  • Schedule Patients
  • Manage Patient Portal Entries
  • Patient Intake Forms
  • Insurance Verifications & Pre- Authorizations
  • Create Social Media Content, as assigned
  • Address employees administrative queries
  • Provide customer service as first point of contact
Skills
  • Proven experience as an assistant working remotely or relevant role
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
  • Experience with Medical EMR systems
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Solid organizational skills
  • High school diploma
8:30a- 5:30pm M-F
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • No weekends
