Established in 1977, we are a privately owned and operated, thriving Plumbing and HVAC company that understands the needs of our neighbors in Marquette and the Upper Peninsula better than anyone else. We specialize in residential and light commercial installations and offer all services in plumbing, water treatment, and HVAC.
Job Description:
We are looing for someone special to join our team. Our ideal candidate can think on their feet and is a creative problem clover. This individual can talk to customers and turn any situation around, making people feel heard and happy. You see the positive side in al things and enjoy working as part of a team. You are our brand ambassador.
Requirements:
· You enjoy thinking outside the box regarding the customer experience and truly like working with people
· You are organized by nature and can multitask
· Have a clear speaking voice with strong oral and written communication skills
· Telephone and customer service experience is a bonus
· Dependable and enjoy working on a team
· You can step into different rolls and fill in when needed
· Able to follow a script is a must
· Ability to work independently and self-motivate
Duties:
In this position you will learn and use an approved script to professionally reach out to current customers to discuss services and promotions; you will answer calls from all customers and give them the best service possible.

Experience: 1 plus years preferred but willing to train the right person
