Our client is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to drive the success of our client’s team and ensure they continue providing top-notch care to our patients.

Our client is a busy vascular surgery practice with 18 providers and 9 office locations in the Northwest Metro Atlanta area. As the Human Resources Manager, you will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

You should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 3-5 years of HR management experience preferred; HR certification highly preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations; proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
  • Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a high-paced environment.
  • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Your responsibilities as the Human Resources Manager will include: 

  • Talent Strategy & Management: Partner with leadership to execute HR and talent strategies, focusing on recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing and hiring, in collaboration with department managers.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Analyze and propose competitive pay programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Learning & Development: Create and implement employee development and growth programs.
  • Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure compliance with employment laws and oversee disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
