Why do we need you ?

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to help us increase the effectiveness of our sales operations. In this role, you will provide administration, analysis, training, and support for improvement in functional areas of CRM, Analysis & Reporting, Business Analysis Tools, and user support for the sales teams, under the direction of the Senior Sales Operations Manager. On a regular basis, you will also collaborate with sales managers to identify and integrate best practices, trends, and technology within the sales team. Sales Operations Analyst also presents regular reports to the sales team and management based on their analysis. As part of the continuous automation and improvement effort, Sales Operations Analyst is to provide user onboarding, training and support for Business Intelligence Systems and Applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze sales data.
  • Review sales history to determine productivity trends.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop sales reports and analytical insights.
  • Present reports to the sales department and managers.
  • Manage the onboarding process of new sales team hires, ongoing user training and training documentation.
  • Help improve sales processes.
Is this job for you ?
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or relevant experience
  • 3 years of experience in systems & data technical role in a changing business environment
  • 2 years of experience analyzing complex data and reporting utilizing BI systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools, including Power BI (preferred) and Excel (required)
  • Strong knowledge of and expertise with CRM systems, Salesforce.com is preferred
  • User training experience, both in person and remote
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational abilities
  • Detail oriented and deadline sensitive
