7-week training program Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
24/7/365 Inbound Call Center; after training no shift ending later than 10pm.
This TEMP to HIRE position will give you the opportunity to deliver high-quality service to callers from pharmacies, doctor's offices, and plan members
AND give you the ability to work from home! *MUST LIVE IN WISCONSIN*
You are responsible to troubleshoot and provide resolution to inquiries on all topics; striving for first contact resolution. Work to meet department performance metrics and ensure your main priority will always be answering incoming calls. Document all inquiries handled in a complete, clear, and concise manner. Must be proficient at utilizing multiple applications.
