- 1st Shift : Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm
- Competitive pay at $17.00 / hour

What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative :
- Be a customer service champion, providing friendly and knowledgeable support.
- Assist with order entry, inquiries, and account maintenance.
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Leverage your computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred) and potentially your ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics a plus!)
- Occasional visits inside the manufacturing plant are required, and wearing a hardhat is mandatory!
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might :
- Have 3 years of customer service or inside sales experience
- Once trained, be able to explain and sell brick products with confidence
- Have experience with order entry, inquiries, and account maintenance
- Have a knack for multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (bonus points for Microsoft Dynamics)
