Michelin Star Japanese Restaurant is looking to add a Chef de Cuisine to their team.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Japanese cuisine and Kaiseki.
• 5 years of Kitchen Leadership experience
• Fine Dining experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in the kitchen.
• Demonstrate a hands on approach to all food items.
• Work on the line ensuring quality and consistency of all food products served.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $95,000.00 per year
