Job Description :
Part-Time Recruitment Counselor
Non-benefited, MCCC unit position
Work Schedule : 15-20 hours per week
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES :
Assists potential students in determining the most appropriate academic plan of study based upon their academic, career and personal goals and objectives.
Responsibilities include providing prospective students and their families with information regarding admissions processes and policies, communicating the vision, mission, culture, and of NSCC, and following up with students regarding missing application materials and / or issues with their submitted application.
Coordinates select programs and services to diverse student populations of potential students within a virtual environment through the use of Google Meet and Zoom.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assists in the organization of these activities.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED : Reports to the Associate Director of Admissions, Enrollment & Recruitment
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree with at least two years' experience in undergraduate admissions or related enrollment services area; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Community College experience is a plus.
Additional Information :
SALARY : $32.00 per hour, Non-benefited position. 15-20 hours / week
