TEWS is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near Longwood, FL
- Our construction partner is seeking an analytical Accounts Payable Specialist.*
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of construction accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables)
- Strong working knowledge of revenue recognition, progress billing, and pay when paid
- Experience with Timberline Sage 300 or COINS highly preferred
- Valid FL driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile vendor and credit card statements
- Monitor accounts payable aging reports
- Prepare and process electronic payments and checks
- Maintain up-to-date records following accounting standards
- Resolve invoice or payment-related issues with vendors
- Process 1099 statements
