*PREFFERED CANNABIS RETAIL EXPERIENCE (But not Required)*

Full Job Description: Budtenders are responsible for assessing the needs of the patient and educating/guiding them about the benefits and differences of cannabis products. Budtenders ensure high levels of patient satisfactions through attentive listening, active communicating and excellent service. Budtender will have to be able to achieve sales goals, provide personalized product suggestions, and exceed our patient's expectation.

DUTIES:
- Fulfill opening/ closing duties
- Maintain fully stocked and clean displays
- Manage employees side work, stocking and cleaning during any and all downtime

- Maintain proper cash handling procedures at all times

- Identifying and preparing staff for advancement

- Ensure that all staff is following the laws, regulations, and SOPs.

Required:

- 1 years retail experience

- Consistent, steady leadership roles and advancement

- Ability to adapt and work nights, weekends, holidays as needed

- Great appreciation for change and capability to adapt

- Moderate technology comfort level

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
