Multi-Media and Marketing Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Administrator and Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence across various platforms, developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and driving online engagement and growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of social media trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management
  • Create, manage, and optimize social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Develop and implement a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely updates.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with followers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Content Creation
  • Develop high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content including images, videos, infographics, and written posts.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce visual content.
  • Write compelling captions, blog posts, and articles that resonate with our target audience.
  • Marketing Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for content and campaign development.
  • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Analytics and Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and website traffic.
  • Use analytics tools to gain insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media strategies.
  • Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Community Management
  • Build and nurture relationships with the online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and addressing any issues or complaints.
  • Encourage user-generated content and leverage it to foster a sense of community and increase engagement.
  • Influencer Collaboration
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote the brand and drive engagement.
  • Manage influencer relationships, negotiate partnerships, and track the success of influencer campaigns.
  • SEO and Hashtag Strategy
  • Implement SEO best practices in social media profiles and content to improve searchability.
  • Use relevant hashtags strategically to increase visibility and reach a broader audience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and data.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to generate original ideas.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and tools.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaboration strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
