We are headquartered in Reston, VA with offices in Michigan, Virginia, Texas, and Louisiana. We provide a wide range of home health, hospice, private duty, catastrophic care, and personal care services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
· Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process (full-cycle recruiting).
· Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
· Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
· Identifies, screens, and refers qualified applicants to facility based and regional management personnel to fill open positions in a timely manner.
· In conjunction with HR Manager, ensures that the recruiting function fully supports operational needs by managing processes and recruiting strategies.
· Develops and manages strategies to increase company recognition and creates a sense of enthusiasm with potential candidates to shorten the recruitment process.
· Provides feedback to the company regarding competitor activity and other relevant information.
· Maintains relevant data and generates regular reports to track effectiveness of recruitment efforts. Analyzes data to spot trends and make recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
· Attends state hiring expos, visits schools and universities, as well as other events as assigned or needed to professionally represent The Medical Team.
· Reports all activities as directed in a timely and accurate manner.
· Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by company management.
Qualifications
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional or industry experience.
· Previous recruitment experience preferred.
· Ability and willingness to work evenings/weekends.
· Hands on experience with applicant tracking software programs and HR databases.
