Prince of Peace Enterprises, Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Livermore, CA. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and have 1-2 years of accounting experience.

With 3 strategically located warehouses we service three functional sales businesses vertically integrated to the Mass Market, Health Food and Ethnic channels of trade across the U.S.A., Canada, and Internationally.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitors accounts receivable accounts and follows up with customers on overdue payments, returned checks, credit card transactions and chargebacks, and researches and resolves billing and/or deduction issues.
- Performs daily deposit transaction recording and monthly closing.
- Performs other accounting and clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years working experience in Accounting (A/R, A/P, Inventory, and Collection).
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- MS Excel and Word skills are required; Microsoft Dynamic GP experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese.
- High school degree; associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour
