- Oversee and manage relationships with internal and external customers, trade partners and industry associates.
- Prioritize urgent matters from customers and subcontractors.
- Perform, coordinate and/or oversee project management activities during procurement, design, construction, and close-out phases.
- Review construction documents and budgets to determine level of project completion.
- Perform site inspections and document subcontractor progress including job completion forecasting.
- College degree or minimum 3 years Commercial Construction experience required.
- Ability to collaborate with others to solve problems.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
