**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, some residential solar experience, and a passion for assisting customers. In this role, you will answer customer queries and resolve technical issues through the appropriate channels. A successful Customer Service Representative will have strong interpersonal skills to support our customer needs and expectations.
**Duties:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide information about the solar installation process, and solar maintenance
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to promote services, and positive reputation
**Experience:**
- Basic technical skills to assess customer needs effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus (Multilingual)
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices
- Previous experience in the solar industry, and customer service roles is preferred
