We are seeking a Full-Time Business Manager to join our team in La Plata, MD. As a Business Manager, you will assist the Director with planning and executing strategies for the Eastern Shore Crisis Response program.

Essential Functions:
- Responsible for the management, development, tracking, and billing of the program budget
- Monitor and manage information in program databases and facilitate staff credentialing
- Produce various reports for funders, regulators, and other entities
- Manage multiple financial projects across the departmental programs
- Coordinate the work of consultants and vendors to establish systems needed to manage consultants, assignments, and payments
- Ensure all equipment and fleet vehicles are appropriately assigned, tracked, and maintained
- Review and process invoices to ensure timely and accurate submission
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and General Education Degree (GED) AND five (5) years of related experience; OR Associates Degree with three (3) years of related experience; OR Bachelor's Degree in related field with one (1) year experience.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance
Salary Range: Up to $44-54k depending on experience
