Concert Technologies is Hiring a Scheduling coordinator Near Leesburg, VA
Concert Technologies, a leader in the Technology Deployment industry, is currently looking for candidates to fill out the Scheduling Coordinator / Project Facilitator position onsite at our office in Downtown Martinsburg, WV.
The successful candidate will plan and coordinate assignment processes to ensure that the goals or objectives of the assignment are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and parameters.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Maintain & update servicing schedules.
Confirm appointments and arrange a location.
Manage & confirm appointments.
Respond promptly to scheduling queries via email & phone.
Document scheduling process.
Provide regular updates to all stakeholders as necessary.
Provide support to the Team as needed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
Eligible to work in the US.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Associate's Degree preferred.
Minimum six months of related experience in scheduling, call center, dispatching or similar fields.
Ability to read and interpret standard company / industry documents & instructions.
Basic math skills.
Experienced in common commercial software programs (MS Office, Adobe, etc.).
Available to regularly work at least 2 non-standard / after-hours shifts per month after completing the Initial Employment Period (IEP).
This is an on-site position with hours of Monday to Friday, 8 am 5 pm in Martinsburg, WV.
Hourly rate of pay : $16.00
