Responsibilities
- Data entry for Parts invoices
- Data entry for Service invoices
- Occasional outbound calls to vendors
- Assisting Accounts Payable Clerks to help reconcile statements for various stores
- Assisting Accounts Payable Clerks on various day to day tasks
Qualifications
- Related experience and/or training in accounting helpful
- Must have a good driving record and be considered “insurable” by our auto insurance carrier
- Previous experience in the automotive industry will be helpful
- Strong excel skills
- Attention to detail
- A history of successful performance and employment
- A strong sense of team work and a desire to make a difference.
