We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong focus on exhibition and event sales in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and achieving revenue goals within the events and exhibition industry, preferably in the Las Vegas market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base within the exhibition and event industry in Las Vegas.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities by actively researching and qualifying potential clients and leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, key industry influencers, and relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of exhibitions and events.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our exhibition and event services.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable contracts and long-term partnerships.
Stay updated on industry trends and competition to provide valuable insights and strategies for business growth.
Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Participate in relevant industry events and trade shows to enhance the company's presence and network with potential clients.
Stay informed about new products, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the marketplace.
Compile and submit accurate and timely reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the exhibition and event industry.
Strong understanding of the Las Vegas market and its dynamics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our services.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Highly motivated and results-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
