**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, performing various cleaning duties to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
**Duties:**
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize common areas as well as rental units, in between turns
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals
- Notify management of any repairs needed
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Familiarity with custodial duties and facilities maintenance practices
