Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant. As an Assistant, you will provide support to the team in various administrative and clinical tasks. Responsibilities:

- Assist with patient assessments and documentation

- Maintain medical records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality

- Provide assistance during medical procedures and examinations

- Perform basic medical imaging procedures under supervision

- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment

- Assist with dental receptionist duties as needed

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and dental assisting techniques

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using electronic dental record systems

- Prior experience in a dental setting is preferred

Smile Academy has been providing top quality, pediatric, dental care in Wyoming for many years. We are looking to expand our team. We are a fast paced environment that believes in teamwork and providing quality care. We are passionate about providing expert dental care to keep children free from dental and oral diseases. We focus on preventing, detecting, and treating dental disease early, as well as staying up-to-date on the latest advances in children’s dentistry. We work with kids (age 0-17), and people in the special needs community. Our office is open Wednesday through Friday; however, extra hours are available at our multiple locations in Wyoming and Colorado. We offer travel compensation for any work related travel.
