· Benefits Coordinator responsibilities include: assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions, verify all insurance billing, and maintain employee database and files. Ensure compliance with required statutory benefits notices.
· Ultimately, you will help our HR department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Skills:
o Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
o Strong MS Excel skills - Formulas, Pivot Tables, Analytics
o Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
o Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs
o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Language:
o Fluent in Spanish is highly desired
