Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Trevi Hills is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing initiatives for our luxury home developments and on-site winery. This role will be pivotal in driving sales performance, enhancing brand presence nestled within vineyards, and ensuring the successful marketing of our premium real estate offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all sales operations for Trevi Hills' new home developments.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales agents, ensuring high performance and achievement of sales targets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the development and on-site winery.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to create and maintain a strong brand presence in the luxury home market.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to meet changing market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in new construction sales on behalf of a builder.
• Proven experience in leading a team of sales agents.
• Must be a licensed realtor.
• Extensive experience in marketing luxury homes and related developments.
• Strong understanding of the luxury home sales market and buyer expectations.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing marketing campaigns.

Salary

• $85,000
• Commission plus salary potentially.
