Position Title: Server
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for greeting and serving customers in a timely, courteous and professional manner
- Ability to inform customers of specials, making suggestions and answering questions regarding food, beverage and service
- Must be able to solicit food and beverage orders from customer and relays order to culinary and beverage staff
- Must be able to communicate with culinary and beverage staff and coordinate entire station to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to serve courses promptly while ensuring the proper presentation
- Monitors diners to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded and accommodates any additional requests
- Ability to total guest check, refer customers to the cashier, or process payment for the customer
- Assists with stocking work station, removing soiled dishes and resetting tables
- Any and all duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and qualify for a gaming license
- Good people skills, customer driven, sense customer needs, promote positive dining experience
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours
- Good coordination; be able to bend, kneel and have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must have prior experience as a Food Server/Waiter/Waitress
