This is an opportunity for a Service Desk Support Analyst to join an established yet rapidly growing organization! We are looking for someone that is eager to jumpstart their IT career. We will provide adequate training on the technical skills but this person must come in with strong customer service skills and a passion for information technology. This position will work on a team to support end users throughout the company by working on tickets in ServiceNow. This position will primary focus on Active Directory password resets, hardware and software troubleshooting, including Windows 10, MS Office, Office365 and more. If you are a customer service oriented person with a technical aptitude, this is the opportunity for you!
