Our Kent based client is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. Candidate must have 2 years of Accounts Payable experience and PO and Non-PO invoice processing experience. The Accounts Payable Specialist role consists of invoice processing, coding and 3-way Match.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable invoice processing about 100/week
- PO invoice processing, 3-way match
- Non-PO invoice processing, getting AP approvals
- Backup for expense reports
- Heavy cleanup
- Work with purchasing team on any issue matching invoices
- Assist on going paperless
- File cleanup
- Assist accounting team with month-end close
