Position Summary:
Coordinates administrative and technical operations of the Clinical Laboratory in accordance with strategic objectives.Assures the validity of all Quality Control

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Medical Technology, Medical Lab Science orchemical, physical, or biological science and graduate of an NAACLS approved laboratory training program as applicable to the position. May also qualify under route 2, 3, or 4 of the ASCP Board of Certification. Proven strong clinical skills and at least five year’s experience in Blood Bank and/or Microbiology. Must be certified as a Medical Technologist or a Medical Laboratory Scientist by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists and hold an SBB certification or SM certification by the ASCP or SBB certification
