Job Description
Our Delivery / Shuttle driver is responsible for delivering product from our Johnston, IA location to our Cedar Rapids, IA cross dock and performing deliveries as needed.
This position is full- time, based out of our Johnston, IA location, 4 day work week (Mon - Th). Must be Licensed Class A Driver.
Hours of shift start would be evening (approx. 7 : 00 PM) and run though early morning.
Job responsibilities :
- Loading / unloading truck
- Timely route delivery with numerous stops
- Delivering product into stores using a two-wheeler or other means
- Handling customer payments
- Making sure paperwork is correctly completed and collected
- Providing excellent customer service
Job Requirements :
Must possess a valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement
- A good driving record
- Heavy repetitive lifting is involved, must be able to lift up to 65 lbs. repeatedly
- Good math skills
- Good knowledge of the surrounding area
- Detail oriented
- Self motivated, work independently and self managed to meet deadlines
- High School diploma or GED
