Primary responsibilities are to increase sales and profitability through support of Sales and Sales Administration.
Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Negotiate and maintain legal documents with customers;
- Manage contract process and performance;
- Process expense reports from Sales;
- Review and validate pricing and commissions for sales managers;
- Support Sales in their participation in IFT and other conventions/programs/meetings;
- Develop and maintain sales collateral materials;
- Assist Sales with requests and information;
- Bachelor's Degree (Business or Accounting Preferred)
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills including creating and editing abilities in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
