At Tapout Pest Control we are looking for dynamic and motivated new members to join our team and help us grow our business. If you have at least 1 year of sales experience, 2-5 years of customer service, you might be the perfect fit for this role. You will be responsible for selling our services and products, resolving customer issues and questions quickly and professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also coordinate service calls, optimize routes, and dispatch work to our technicians. You should be a team player who is punctual, articulate, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and answer multiple calls daily. You should also have strong computer skills.
Some of your main tasks and duties will include:
- Providing prompt and effective solutions to customer inquiries and complaints
- Selling services/products and scheduling service calls
- Communicating with technicians and other staff members to ensure route efficiency and customer service quality
- Dispatching work to technicians
- Maintaining and updating customer database
- Confirming scheduled service with customers
- Investigating and resolving customer queries
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, mail
- Receiving/Processing customer payments
- Preparing client proposals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
