Job Skills/Requirements

The Clinic Manager oversees daily operations of the Jeffersonville therapy clinic with the help of the administrative assistant, guidance from the Assistant Clinical Director(s) and supervision from the Clinical Director. They receive support and direction from companywide administrators to enact policies and procedures related to organizational systems and compliance. This role is central to fostering a supportive and welcoming environment for clients and employees alike.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Opening checklist – unlock doors, turn on lights, inspect for issues, etc.
• Support/back up admin assistant with car line procedures
• Set up and break down ABA staff meetings
• General communication for staff and clients
• Oversee RBT office system: 1) Review clinic needs each morning and assign RBT office tasks accordingly to ensure that overall priorities are reflected, and the areas below are managed. 2) Review RBT documentation of office time and provide reinforcing and corrective feedback as needed
• Participate in client coordination committee to communicate scheduling and family communication needs
• Facilitate RBT recruitment and hiring
• Facilitate the staff onboarding and training process
• Complete follow up communication and document submission following employee absences
• Plan and lead department events
• Maintain clinic presence to coordinate
• Develop weekly schedule
• Make and communicate daily schedule changes
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Indiana driver's license & auto insurance with $50,000/$100,000 bodily injury & liability limits
• Must be 18 or older
